MEET GRAMMY
After hearing one my three grandchildren say “Grammy, you’re the best” I thought “wow, if I could package that little voice I could rule the world”. Ok, maybe not the whole world but certainly my own.
In my 30+ years of real estate, I have seen my share of change. I believe the advancement of technology has made the biggest impact to my business. Once I overcame the initial “shock”, I realized it was an opportunity to share myself, my knowledge and my skills, and to have a whole lot of fun along the way. That is when "Grammy On The Go" (my social media platform) was born.
I am a GRANDMOTHER, WIFE, PET OWNER, REALTOR, VOLUNTEER AND FRIEND. I will attempt to share, if only a gram of these parts of my life with you. Don’t judge me if I make a few exaggerations along the way, all in my attempt to keep it interesting.
I live just 3 miles across the AL/FL line in Walton county. My office is in my hometown of Enterprise, AL so I travel every day, thus I am always "on the go." You can often find me out and about, possibly in our hometown (restaurant, coffee shop, public market)… so stop and visit. My social media and website will keep you up to date on trends in the market, homeowner tips, ideas, and everything real estate. An added perk is “Grams" quote of humor, wisdom, reality, and Barky’s perspective. (Barky is my Chihuahua-Pug mix.)

GRAMMY IS KATHY KNISPEL
I started out in real estate when I was 25 years old and an Air Force wife. I was looking for a
career that I could take with me as I moved around from base to base. My brother and brother in
law were real estate appraisers and my sister worked in the construction field. I also thought I
could work around my schedule with two small boys at home. Wow, was I ever wrong.
Thirty years later I looked back at all the successes I had with a few mistakes I made along the
way and chuckled. Agents are only human you know! Today, I still work hard and thoroughly enjoy people. I would love to help you make all your real estate dreams could true!
