I am an investor. Kathy has helped me buy several houses to flip. She helps me with deciding which properties may bring me the highest profit when re-selling, the whole bidding process, then goes well above any expectations in getting the home ready to resell! She even stages the property for me when time to sell. It helps to have another opinion when you have to look at the same property from a buyers and a sellers eye.
Kathy has helped me buy, then sell three homes. She is amazing really. She is someone that if you know her for a time she will also become your friend. We retained Kathy Knispel's services. We had a contract for the full asking price mid-November. We closed on the sale mid-February. Kathy, went out of her way to help me from the very beginning. After my husband passed away and I made my decision to sell, and scale down from 5 acres and large older house to something smaller. And from the beginning what ever could go wrong did... All kinds of road blocks came up getting my house ready to sell, But, she was right there to walk me through what I needed to do. and showed me houses when she found something or if I saw something I wanted to see, she made the time. It was a very difficult time in my life, and she was right there with me. I never want to move again, but I would call her without thinking and would tell anyone to use her. thank you Kathy, and as soon as I finish floors and fence and hang oils, I will call you to come take a look.
We dealt with Kathy on the purchase and sell of our home. We are a military family, and at the time had 2 children. She took almost a complete day showing us the area and houses. Explained truthfully about the area and where were the better places to live. We got a great deal on our home and she was very helpful through the process. Then when it came time to leave the area we decided to sell. It was during that rough market...bad time to sell. She came over, we explained the situation and she agreed it was a good decision to sell, she helped us price the house correctly and then told us what we needed to do and how to stage. At this time I had had 4 children, her recommendations seemed tough but we followed them and VOILA! I don't think that we made it to the 30 mark when we got an offer. She is very good and very professional, I recommend her to anyone moving out there interested in purchasing and have never heard a negative remark.
I met Kathy trying to sell our first house. It had been on the market with another agent and it just wasn’t being looked at. After six months or more I found Kathy and she helped me stage my home. Within two weeks we began to have numerous viewings and quickly sold our home. She was very helpful in explaining to my three young sons the importance of keeping their rooms clean and supporting the “get the house ready to be viewed” concept. She reminded them that we were selling this house to move into our new home out of state and be reunited with their dad when he came home from being deployed. It worked, they got so good at it that I could just call them from work and tell them that someone was coming to look at the house, to clean it up and I would be home to pick them up shortly. Then when we got orders to move back to Enterprise I called her up and set a date to come look at houses to buy. I had specific needs at the time, a mother-in-law suite, three teenage boys, quiet but in town and space for five cars. When I arrived she had several houses for me to look at. We settled on one and moved in 2 months later. I didn’t think twice about contacting her again now that we are looking to move out of the big house that we needed a few years ago and into our empty nester home that we can settle into for the next few years. She has more than my confidence as our “Go To” realtor, she has my thanks as a genuinely earnest and valued friend.
I had the pleasure of working with Kathy in the acquisition of two homes, one home for my daughter in late 2010 and another home for me in 2011.
